Since 1977, we have been producing high quality replacement pump components. All of our parts are cast in North America, and machined in our Hamilton facility. Our facilities include CNC machining centers, ISO 9002 registered production procedures, over 1200 patterns with an additional 20 to 30 patterns added each year.
Each part produced is documented by material specifications, machining procedures, dimensional conformity, with 100% inspection, then balanced to ISO G6.3 standards (as applicable).
We have the facilities to mill casing split lines; line bore casings, balance impellers, and rebuild pumps, or components to like new condition. Given the broken shaft/rotor assembly (left), we restored the assembly to the like new condition you can see on the right.

Our library contains information on most manufacture's equipment. We rebuild to meet the manufacturer's original specifications. Where applicable, we will offer material, or mechanical upgrades to better withstand the effects of corrosion, abrasion, cavitation, or erosion, to increase the operating life of your equipment. We have extensive experience with most metals, coatings, and composite materials. We regularly cast in most alloys ranging from iron to titanium.
